Hi Geotrader and all: Yeah, a board of directors doesn't create a poison pill because they are bored. But there is more to this company than contracts. Please don't join the host of others that say: "hmmmm....a contract with so and so = $0.04/share. This contract with this company = $0.02/ share." Add them together with the lawsuit, etc. and you get a total of the company value. Hey friends, that has been a big problem here. Mike has warned us of this kind of thinking. (pounding the dead horse a little more) What about the management expertise? What about the trademarks and patents? Need I say more? Still, Geo, you make some valid points on the poison pill and the potential market share.
