I'm sure the case is complicated and convoluted. Could you, however, in a sentence or two, describe Hartmann and King's case against Xecom/AirStar? TJS

Is it true that if CLEC status is granted to AirStar that those rights would remain with Airstar even if SSI is lost due to the HK litigation?
