Dear Bryan,

Sorry about the negativity, but if you've donethe homework that I have, you would cometo the same unfortunate conclusions. If you've read my postings, you'll know that I have posted reliable information all along.
You should know that I do not own any of this stock right now. I was lucky to be a step ahead of the SEC announcment. Timing sometimes is everything. I have continually posted that investors need to be very, very careful. I meant it then and I mean it now. This is not a game for me. It's serious business, and to that end it makes sense to use the facts more and leave the speculation to people who don't want to make phone calls.
Yes, these units are on demo at the Whitehouse and the Library of Congress. My understanding is that SEXI is having trouble making them work, or work to promised standards. My hope is that these problems can be resolved, but it doesn't look all that good. As far as who I get my information from...I will not say, but I believe it to be reliable. They haven't been wrong yet.
I have repeatedly tried to steer everyone to California, where some undisclosed lawsuits appear to be coming to a head. These actions will determine whether SEXI has the rights to use the technology they have shown in the past, and some they're showing now.
It is my belief that they do not own their own technology. If they have something new, it apparently does not work. While I am not right 100% of the time (I bought this stock) I do try to do my homework.
One of the larger issues that is yet unexplored by the Cybergeckos on this string is EXACTLY WHAT DID ICMX SELL SEXI? Everyone wants Huttoe's head and return of his stock, when maybe we should be turning our attention to other people who got stock as a result of this acquisition. It appears as though Huttoe got bamboozled in this transaction. There is a lot of undisclosed financial baggage which came along with this. Yet the company has said nothing to us regarding this (or anything else for that mattter).
We should also be asking ourselves why we have not heard anything regarding second and third quarter revenues. We don't need earnings per share info, just revenues. The fact that nothing has been said IMHO means that there are no revenues, or at least it is a safe guess at this juncture. It appears as though without their own proprietary technology, they may have nothing to sell.
The DNA analyzer appears to be the only real product this company has, and many of the posters seem to think that they are gone. If that's the case, what is left? Where is the shareholder value? Put it all together and one can build a case for a company that is, at best, destined for mediocrity. The CIA/government ties may or may not mean anything. Ask anyone who owns Ollie North's company (GRDN). The stock has gone from 9 to under 1 this year. While it may not be a fair comparison, Ollie has revenues.
The only way I'd come back into this stock right now is if the company can show us financials, a working product that they can truly call their own, and the resolution of exactly how the ICMX acquisition actually benefitted this company. So far, the facts seem to tilt toward strike three.
I cannot emphasize strongly enough that we cannot be complacent in our efforts to uncover information on our own...If we wait for someone else to turn over the rocks for us, we'll be too late...again. I would encourage all posters not to be content with being spoon fed the information we need to make an intelligent decision with regard to this stock. If we do, we deserved to get forked!
When we've been lied to...it is up to us to determine for ourselves where there is credibility and where there is not.
It does appear, though, that something IS happening. A lot of things seem to be coming to a head all at the same time...and right here and now. But we should continue digging to build a foundation rather than just another hole.

JILTED...but not twice
