Ironically, I got so ticked at my malfunctioning VTech 900Mhz phone I just chucked it in the garbage. Maybe it was an early model -- it was pretty featureless and cost just 69 bucks. I had bought it at Circuit City, which in Nashville at least has a bigger line of VTech phones than it did when I last went shopping. I just bought two cordless non-900Mhz phones (why must they make the handset so small on those 900Mhz ones - I have a small head and it still doesn't fit ;-() at Target (a Sony and a Lucent), where no VTech's were to be found.
