TJS: If you are asking me for the specific facts giving rise to the claims and counterclaims, I don't know them. Anything I would say is mere speculation and hearsay. Further, I can't imagine anyone at the company [or the other side] disclosing any facts; their attorneys would go crazy. What is a matter of record is that each side is suing the other on the basis of Fraud and Misrepresentation concerning the purchase of Select Switch...among other things. As to the second part of your post, I don't know. I would need more facts to understand the situation, which I don't have. Wes
