Coy I believe Maxis went for about 2 x revenue ($125M). I would not be happy with a buyout for anything less than 2 x sales. If MPRS trailing revenue is $60M then $120M minimum or about $20.00/share. However revenues should begin improving with the current quarter so your $150M figure is quite realistic or about $25./share. I'm waiting for things to stabilize before I "average down". I do not trust management for a minute "the low water mark" comment they made and yet almost in the same sentence state "we are actively seeking a merger or strategic partner" - what if they don't find one? There may not be any water left. Sorry its hard to be optimistic at this point.
