Hello! I enjoyed reading your take on the organizational "issues" facing GENZ. Lots of moving parts requiring lots of different skill sets. I do not believe the company has tied the divisions together in any reasonable fashion. Leadership in two areas (but one has low margins) and distant market share in the third area. A little focus would be nice, bring out the rifle! Market may be worried that GENZ will make another disasterous forray into the surgical products area with their new convert money. Reports from the recent analyst meeting hinted at this direction. Still the current price makes it interesting, no? Regards,
