Roper and Safe Environment have just extended their period of exclusivity to negotiate with each other for another 4 weeks from the May 29 deadline! Apparently all is progressing nicely but the advisors are not being rushed and rather than hurry to put the deal together both sides are happy enough with each other to want to get the deal right!! Great news as this means that both sides are very committed to each other and want a long term relationship to start out on the right basis. There should be a news release out later I understand. (bet the 31cent seller feels dumb!) Regards
