I have heard conflicting info as well. The short covering requirement is supposed to be an SEC/NASD requirement..... who really knows. Once they de-list from the OTC market and trade exclusively on the AMEX the games will be over. It should become painfully obvious that this stock is not going down and will not be subjected to manipulation. No shorting on the AMEX for 30 days because that is how long it will take before the stock becomes marginable. No more shorting means no more manipulation, UP UP UP, COVER, COVER, COVER, CRY, CRY, CRY.
