James, Why do you say this is a good time to move from CSCO to ASND. You've provided no basis. In fact, the one situation you elude to would have been a bad time to move. When AT&T burped Cisco stock went up...and has been traking ASND gains as a percentage fairly closely. ASND is up on buy-out rumors... nothing more. They are a much more narrowly focused product line which, if attacked by NT, LU, or CSCO will have severe consequences for earnings. On the other hand CSCO is so broadly positioned that earnings are not affected by one business area suffering from competitive pressures. So, given this, why do you say you'd move to ASND? Gary
