I know that the last you all heard from me was that I was going to sell my position but I balked at that and just bought more today after talking to folks at FNTN.

News I have is that the Siemens equipment is on the dock in San Diego and is expected to ship this week, arrive sometime next week and they will begin the variety of actions required to get things up and running. Current site is on a temporary server, as most of you probably already know. It looks like they expect to be up and running sometime just after the middle of June, but there is a possibility that things could work out earlier in the month. I was impressed that the company is not so interested in hyping themselves that they would succumb to the temptation of offering overly aggressive completion targets; these folks seem to be for real. Engineer teams from France and Brussels are ticketed to come to NY and get working on related technical issues and MS indicated that software issues (which anyone would reasonably expect to challenge a roll-out like this at this stage) have been addressed successfully.

I am also impressed with MS's commitment to a NASDAQ listing. Voluntary reporting is coming very soon although, as always, it will take the better part of 90 days to go through the back-and-forth with the SEC. The fact that they are ready to file is good enough for me at this point.

I'd like to thank all on this thread for their rational, informative posts to date. You guys kept me from bailing out more than anything else and my own further investigations convinced to me to load up.

I'm here for the long haul.
