Thanks, VAUGHN

I had just reviewed postings here when I found the PR on another site. After reading it a few times, I was tempted to call the company for
a deeper understanding, but recalled previous experiences with the company keeping details to themselves (for strategic reasons, I'm sure).

I'm looking for anyone's insight into the story, and pending some
kind of consensus - I am an open minded fellow, let me offer the following:

With a court ruling against the heirs, they loose all possibility of
gaining anything from their claims. By allowing the Minister of M&EA
to rule on this, they have a very strong chance of gaining a goodly
sum which is likely to be at the public expense (including funds posted by SUF and RANGY).

SUF agrees to withdraw their application to the court concurrent with
the heirs withdrawal of their application in opposition. This because SUF will be at dramatically reduced risk of loosing Marsfontein.

As is write, the market seems to disagree (it's off $.75 to $7.50), but I don't understand why.
