I just talked to Eric Gaer. This is not a reverse merger even though it looks like one according to him. GLCP will still be in charge and it looks like the Check Cashing acquisitions might not stop with this one. Just remember you own less of a percentage of more now. It is up to each of us to decide that we are being shafted. But Eric takes most of his salary in options...it does him no good to drive down share value. Greg
