Zamir: Great leaders always arouse the passion of people for good causes to attain a better long-term future for the people. Wouldn't the undivided India have been more prosperous today than India+Pakistan+Bangladesh combined? On the issue of political freedom too, Muslims in Pakistan and Bangladesh would have gotten more privilege in an undivided India. Don't jump into comparing Indian Muslims and Hindus because most Muslims were unprivileged Hindus before they changed their religion. A secular India even has separate civil codes for Muslims. Can you ask for that kind of treatment in a free country like the USA? Rational
