I just talked to Karl Davis...... We have a press release coming, perhaps. I heard the same story. We are still in control. Karl intimated that the total shares is on the magnitude of 34million, still giving us control. My original fear was that the trans was valued at $3.5-$5MM depending on the stock price, so that the $3.5MM was a "bottom". This is not the case. The bottom can (and has) fallen below $3.5MM.... I'm hanging, just trying to get the story straight.... Mark
