We should all be suspicious of the motives of those sending us unsolicited promotional mail. And considering the way this company's management burned its shareholders last year, JessiDani certainly has the right to call it as JessiDani sees it.

One can argue there is at least circumstantial evidence that AB&G management exploited this thread to cultivate an overly rosy picture, and one can certainly speculate that part of their motivation was to realize an early warrant call. Remember all that talk about the impending NASDAQ Nat'l Market listing -- and the weak excuses as to why it never happened, the reassurances concerning a strong Q4 as compared to a weaker than expected Q3, the talk about the strong "deal flow" -- that never materialized, the misinformation about the actual number of bingo centers in operation. I could go on, and on, but it is pointless to rehash all that history for you.

So, were we all just AB&G pawns? or, were some of us in on the "game"? or, was everything above board, and we all just unfortunately ran into some terrible luck -- AB&G management included?
