This senior note thing is a wee bit over my engineering mind, can somebody in layman terms explain why this is a good thing ? As for the BB- rating, is this close to a top or a middle rating ? Who where they placed with ? Does this mean somebody has invested in the company, which could result in some good coverage ?
In regards to proposal #2 in the annual report. What remuneration are the directors fixing ?
