Stockjet - not necessarily. How about the scenario where the man has taken Viagra and develops chest pain and knows only that if he develops this crushing type chest pain, he needs to take sublingual nitro. Please remember too that many people every day take medication and then drop over dead - doesn't necessarily mean it was from the medication. The more people taking Viagra, the greater the chances are of a random death. I'm not saying the incident in the news was unrelated to Viagra - just that it is possible.
