Jay, thanks for a very informative post. I can see you've done your homework. As for your question regarding the C. Brewer site in Ka'u, I believe it depends on exactly where in Ka'u AQSE will be allowed to set-up. Brewer owns a lot of land in that district. Some of it old fallow sugar land up mauka (upslope). They also own land near the coastline where at one point they were proposing to build a spaceport to launch satalites. That idea is now dead, so that may, hopefully, be the site for AQSE. They need to be near optimum sunlight. The Kona site at Keahole Point is ideal, but I think the land may not be available to AQSE in the acherage needed.

As for the possible challenge to the patent by CYAN, I was told this by a Broker at a very mainstream brokerage here in Kona, who told me that CYAN has already earmarked funds to engage in a court challenge of the growth module patent. As with most things, this is rumor, and may not actually come about. I have met personally with some of the AQSE scientists, as well as their IR person, and they all tell me that their patent is solid. I am inclined to believe them. In any case, I still believe that long term both AQSE and CYAN are going to do well. Good luck.
