"Aren't they competing for as many OEMs as possible?" One would hope so. "or do you think ZRAN is comfortable with their current customer base?" Hope not. "Didn't Toshiba jump over to CUBE?" Yes, Toshiba stopped using their own decoders in favor of Cube's. Zoran was/is(?) an AC3 supplier to Toshiba. "So isn't it possible Hitachi could have jumped to ZRAN?" Sure, I just didn't understand the post. I thought you were indicating Hitachi switched from Zoran to Cube, which would have been news to me.
