Whatever happens in any class action suit, it is only going to cost the company about 1 hour of legal fees! One lawyer gets up with the annual report in his hand and asks any shareholder: "Did you read the annual report, and did you still buy the stock after reading it?" End of story, end of class action law suit. Before you waste your time, tell us whatever basis do you think you have for a class action lawsuit! If it doesn't fly here, it will never get off the ground in court. Wake up and smell the coffee! Steve
