All, on a positive note, more info of a positive note I just got in the conversation I just had w/ Arif.

Here is what he just said in answer to my questions to clarify what we heard on the CC:

1). The financials will be out on Edgar on the 29th or so, independent of the SEC.

2). What we heard about 90 days from Arif was not in regard to the financials being available, as Mackie (playing hookey) claimed. Arif unequivocally just told me that he was talking about a target date for FAMH getting a listing. He said their people were working w/ the SEC attorney to do due diligence to acquire listing on their own.

3). 40m of the OS are restricted.

4). The line of credit has not been tapped.

5). Some of the additional stock was to acquire Myriad.

6). Arif told me he has never posted to SI.

Please send me those posts by Ira and Arif on the OS and float.
