Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I bought shares in ACCR when it was being run up. I am not overly concerned about this, because I believe that this company has good potential in telephony arena, and intend to hold on to all of them. I am not very informed on the FCC situation, and would appreciate any information you can give me on this. I have been following the DGIV thread, and I think this Company has potential, also. (So far, I haven't bought any shares). What does it take for a Company to qualify for Nasdaq approval? I would appreciate any information you can give me. Thank you.
