The latest 10Q has the answers you were looking for regarding IPM's investment and involvement with NCMI.

The IPMers that were paid officers of NCMI were Bill Allred (CFO)and Alan Doyle (CEO)

It looks like IPM had accrued 1,157,990 of NCMI in 1996-97 at a total cost to the company of $297,500 cash and $372,000 in shared administrative costs for a total of $669,500 or 0.58 a share average. In Q1/98 they sold 100% of their position in NCMI for $100,000 or 0.09 a share.
