I would suggest that the management are looking to forge a long term relationship with Safe in a tremendous growth area (safety). Both companies seem happy with one another otherwise no extension would have been sought or granted. Nobody is looking to pump the stock up in order to make a short term gain as the product is just too good. I have seen it in action and can appreciate the scale of this marketplace, as can the management of Roper, I believe. With almost 500,000 shares trading today I think the market can see the potential for the company here.
Did you know that in the US there are more than 238,000 facilities that are subject to the FEDOSHA regulations that this product is designed to satisfy. These facilities represent 4.5million confined spaces that the monitor can be used in and this just scratches the surface of the market for this product. There is a marketplace in Canada not to mention the rest of the World and we have not mentioned any other uses such as security patrol monitoring or passive monitoring of schools and hospitals etc. etc.

I am excited by the news that more time is being used to ensure this deal goes ahead in the proper fashion. I wouldn't hang around too long before getting yourself some stock!!

Regards
