Memery PMFJI,

I believe you can ship alcohol (beer and wine) within the USA, but this would cross over the US-Canadian border. Not sure of the laws.

Nonetheless, I've got a friend in Oregon that shipped me a great variety pack of pints and 25 oz size microbrews from my old grad school state, after I gave him some successful stock picks. Love their malt beverages in Oregon and home grown hops, as ales are some of my favorites.
