5 Days. One concern I have from today's SEC filings is the words about Banyan having to find financing in order to make the acquisitions. Probably this was obvious to others on this thread from the original announcement, but it has just arrived late in my out of the way station. Do I remember today's readings correctly that Banyan is a new company? If this is correct, then a new company acquiring money-losing operations will be seeking financing. Is this correct? Seems like it would be difficult to obtain that financing. Sorry I couldn't wait longer. Peter
