Hi all,
I know today was another down day, but I think we can all try to take a little positive out of it. IMO, we have finally started to see some stabilization in the price. Although we were still down over a half, we actually saw a little bounce in the late afternoon, and we closed above 3. We may see some more downside tomorrow, but I am pretty optimistic :-) For everyone that has not sold, congrats to you. This week has been really difficult for all of us. I think that we have really separated the investors from the traders. That is a good thing that should help us all in the future!!
We need to remain focused on why we invested here. Personally, I invested my money in PNLK based on the idea, and future potential. It is really hard to look into the future, but we really need to try and think about where the internet is going to be in a few years. Traffic on the internet is doubling every few months, and this is likely to continue with the cheaper computers, and faster connections to the net. We have all discovered a company that has the potential (IMO) to revolutionize the way some companies do business. Where else can you instantly get quotes from a variety of vendors at anytime of the day. The website that PNLK has developed, has the potential to bring together everyone from moms and pops to enormous corporations. All of a sudden, a little shop in Korea is on the same playing field as the gigantic corporation in New York. This is just a simple basic example, but think about all of the possibilities and opportunities that PNLK can exploit. Then try and think about all of the deals that Jean Pierre and PNLK are working on, and I feel that we have a great investment. I think that most of us agree that we have great potential here!!
However, what is the current value of our stock. How can we determine the value of our company, with no revenues to date. PNLK has enough cash to operate now, but will it be enough in the long run? Can we be sure that PNLK has the expertise to be successful in the future? Is there really that much interest with the website? Is there enough exposure to the website? These are just a few of the questions that we need to consider in valuing this company. IMO, with all of the alliances the company has, and after my review of the website, I believe that the company is worth more today than currently reflected in the stock price. Do I feel that I can justify any given price, NO WAY!! I am not an expert in the import/export business. I am not an expert in the documentation that is needed for trade. I am not even an expert in analyzing financial statements, and I am definitely not an expert in BB stocks. Therefore, I have to trust my instincts, and my DD to establish my fair value. I obviously can't establish a price, but I know that my DD says that I should be willing to pay more than $3 ownership in this company.
I am very curious if other people have tried to come up with a valuation for this company. If so, what have you used to value PNLK? Future growth, balance sheet, guesses, impression of the website, optimism of Glenn. Let's see if we can jointly come up with a way to value this company. Let's here the good things, and the bad things, and throw it all together, and see what we come up with.
Long on PNLK!!
Keith
