I always try to keep a close eye on MSFT insider sales. biz.yahoo.com last time it was this significant, I don't recall! In June-Sept period I think Bill and his colleagues sold no more than 4 mil shares (adjusted for split.) Assuming and average price of $75, $750 mil is some grocery money! -g- -Mohan
