Takeover rumor at $50 a share ? Based on an article of the current issue of Silicon Valley Tech Week (5/18), it mentioned that Paul Sagawa, a Sanford Bernstein analyst who had met with Bay officials, told Reuters he suspected the company would not consider anything less than $50 a share.......

In my opinion, the $50 offer speculation represents about 4.4 times of
sales vs Cisco's valuation of 10 times of sales. It looks reasonable to me ! Would you agree ?
