Sun Executive Says Microsoft Is Breaking The Law techweb.com Sun filed two motions last week to its existing suit in U.S. District Court, asking a judge to require Microsoft to ship Win 98 with Sun's compatible version of Java or at the very least include Sun's Java if Microsoft insists on shipping what Sun said is an incompatible version of Java. --- This is very important for Sun to win if it wants to break up MS plans to fragment Java. Lets hope the US district Court has some smarts and realizes this. Mike
