I'm sorry, but I have a hard time believing the below statement from your post today. "When I read the post #104 to David Foster, the director of the Engine Research Center, response was that this was absolutely incorrect. They were scheduled to see a demonstration of the engine next week. They will not be certifying this engine or making any endorsement. They do not have the time, the budget, or the inclination to see it any further than a demonstration. " Why would a research scientist who is supposedly dedicated to the pursuit of ever greater achievements, have no inclination to see anything more than just a demonstration. First of all, most research centers would more than welcome the additional revenue generated from performing some rather basis tests, not to mention the publicity received if it is what it is claimed to be. Check again, something is wrong about your posting woody.
