The WSJ out did itself today, there are 4 articles about LOR which I believe came out after market close. I do not believe LOR sold secrets to China or did anything illegal, however this flurry of negative news may cause more selling tomorrow. A few comments: The article "CIA Says Satellite Launchers, Missiles Nearly Identical" is mostly true but -- so what. Loral didn't give China the Booster, they already had it. Loral simply used a Chinese booster to put a satellite in orbit. In don't know what this statement means: "Re-entry vehicles would operate similarly whether the object was a commercial capsule carrying such things as photographs and data or a nuclear weapon." ---As far as I know satellite launch vehicles don't have RVs since there is nothing that needs to re-enter.
