Gerald...I don't think they are off track. It may be just this secondary offering. We'll have to wait to see what happens after the offering. The stock may go directly back up to $19.......!!. If this is the case, the secondary just provided a buying opportunity which is no big deal if you already have the stock & it continues to rise. I sold all mine at 20 7/16 (because of the upcoming offering) so this buying chance was a big deal to me. They only have 52 restaurants, I believe, & have a lot of room for growth. The restaurant sector has been good this year (check out Applebees and Chiles) & should continue to grow with such strong employment, etc. Plus it is purely domestic....I have concerns about the tech area & Asia.
