Review what in my day was the Statement of Changes in Financial Position, and you will have a better understanding of the cash flow of the AGTI. The company did indeed continue to issue shares for the convertible debt. The company also issued shares to vendors as payment of accounts payable. The share press has been working overtime. The company operating loss was very large and only offset by the one time BTC license fee. Also, long-term debt increased. I think a better explanation of the intangible assets is warranted.

I have looked very hard to find a nugget of positive, so that I can be very balanced. I haven't been able to find any such nugget in the financial statements, but there is great opportunity within the business niche that AGTI found.
