If you like Quantum so much, why not just sell your ATL now, and buy some Quantum? Then you will not have to wait for the transaction. You might give up some on price, but if Quantum is so good, you could be taking advantage of it's gains over the next few months, rather then sitting and waiting for your shares via ATLPA?

Just a thought.
