Three times normal volume yesterday, five times normal volume today, and price rising would indicate that something is going on. Nobody is going to release news on a Friday, particularly just prior to a long weekend, so I would guess we will see something Tuesday or next week anyway.

When price reaches five, they can upgrade the listing from NASDAQ Small Cap to NASDAQ National Market System. This will allow the issue to become marginable and provide much better market exposure. Might start getting interesting very soon.
