I have called the CRA and they told me that they are already testing the product and should have their results by the end of the summer.

What I find strange is that you obviously have not tried the device like I have. If you, like Mr.Evans spent as much time giving the product a try as creating rumor and innuendo, you would come to the same conclusion that I have; along with 4 of the largest dental distributors, 7,000 dentists (to date), the ADA, and various Dental PPMs.

I called Len Osser, CEO of Milestone and he told me that he suggested to David Evans of Bloomberg that he assemble his own independent panel of experts and test the product himself. Milestone would supply the necessary equipment. His reply was that he was not interested in testing the product. He hasn't even tried a shot yet he has taken
every conceivable opportunity to make the company look bad. Including breaking the story about the CFOs resignation before the official press release from the company. Creating a story about the FDA questioning the company's claim. Which to his utter embarrassment had to be retracted the next business day.

There are a few things to consider here.
1. Clinical trials are not even required for FDA approval under 510-K because there is already a similar instrument in existence. A syringe.
2. Everyone who performs clinical trials is paid. They don't do it for free. Even Dr. Saulk was paid for clinical research.
3. Everyone here who received options concluded their work before getting them.
4. The 50 doctors who sat around giving themselves shots in Hochman's clinical trial did not get paid.
5. The Dentists affiliated with the company are in the upper stratosphere of their profession. They are not just average dentists. To insinuate that they would somehow participate in a fraud for options is ridiculous, when those options could only be worthless paper unless the product worked and was accepted.
6. We are not talking about clinical trials for a drug with potentially serious side effects. No one is going to give birth to a baby with three arms because they had a Wand
injection. It either works or it doesn't work.
7. To imply that the ADA participated in this is frankly right out of National Enquirer.

Again, the dirt in this story is the persistent timed release of hollow, yet carefully crafted, negative stories written solely to impugn the character of the people involved with this company.

If you are looking for dirt, I would direct your attention there.
