Charles, you will take control? Meaning you will buy 50%, or a little more than 10 MM shares. No big deal at a penny per share, only $100,000. Fine you now have control. What is your next step? You need some money to get the company going, right, let say you are better than current management and your burn rate won't be $5 MM year, just $2 MM.
