Good news for all you loyal TTRIF fans. Rene called me to tell me that TPP neglected to give him notice of the contempt hearing and so the matter of contempt couldn't be heard regarding him. I don't know if the company can be held in contempt. I think not. According to Rene there is a sea change in the court's attitude. The court is listening to what our witnesses have said and is taking notice. Could somebody post this on Yahoo.
