Dear Mr. Stubing, Well, the phantom returneth. Nice to see you back! Hope all is well aboard ship. In answer to your query, yes I do know what I'm talking about...and yes it does not seem to work. It appears to be a matter of time before each of these installations starts to talk to each other. The result may not be pretty for SEXI. There is no way to verify, except possibly through the SEC, who as you know is not very talkative. When stocks are traded on the BB and on the pinks, short positions are not required to be disclosed. Nice, isn't it? What is obvious is that Meyerson knew in advance of the filings that something was very wrong. The interesting thing would be to see if they traded on this information. In my opinion, that would come very close to insider trading. Yet, the SEC has not mentioned them in any of their allegations. It would be a dirty shame to see them and the Fiero boys get away with this. Unfortunately, when you've got an ex-SEC boy on staff, it appears as though you can deal your way out of a bad situation. A larger question in my mind is...did someone help to set Huttoe up to mask a larger profit motive? Mr. Stubing, I have been tryhing to talk to you for some time.
