TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1998--CaribGold Resources Inc.
(TSE:CG) reports a net loss of US$83,472 for the three months ended
March 31, 1997 compared with a loss of US$12,234 in 1997. CaribGold
ended the period with cash and short term investments of US$4,124,335
equivalent to approximately Cdn$5,815,000 and no debt.
