I am still learning about stocks but I know all about what REG S stock can do to one's resources. REG-S has cost me half my 401-K account. For us beginners you might give us a one line summary of S-8 stock. I assume it is restricted and if restricted for enough time I vote yes, use it. Management sounds very conservative so it seems like they would not over indulge. We could have the best mouse trap in the world but worth nothing if nobody else wants it. The story has to get out. All we want to do is have the stock valued for its worth. My timing stinks so I don't need a stock to go straight up because I will fall in love with it and ride it all the way back down.
