Greg; Did you ever hear of an Equity committee? They represent shareholders just as a Creditors committee serves creditors. Currently the plan submitted to the creditors, which is under review, gives them about 33 cents on the dollar. We shareholders will get from 6 to 14 cents currently. If we set up an Equity committee, that amount could equal that of creditors. Have your lawyer file with bankruptcy court in Providence RI. You must hurry, the filing date for reorganization is 5June98. Once you have formed the committee, I'll send you the names of over 20 shareholders who wish to be heard.
