DR, I am assuming, from your profile, and hope that I am not repeating what to others may be common knowledge, that you are the Duncan R. McKay that holds the 5 year convertible debenture from RRN. Can you fill us in on the details of this debenture? I assume that it is convertible to common stock - at what price? Is it subordinated to all other debt? This debenture is mentioned on the news release that Ed posted on the 19th but so far I have not been able to find more details. Also on the SVV thread you mention the connection between Roper and SVV. I see that Richard Watson is Pres of both Roper and Silver Peak. Are you the same Duncan McKay that is Director Corporate Development at Silver Peak? Are you a director at Roper as well? Can you fill us in on any other connections between Roper, SVV and SEE?
