Hi Pete,

I guess you can say that I find this to be quite frustrating. These guys just can't seem to get financing in place to make the project move forward.

Speeking to IR sometimes seems to be an exercise in futility. (they seem to send out conflicting information).

Do you have any words of encouragement (while being truthful at the same time?)
