CVIA Shareholders

As you are all aware, things are still in a holding pattern. There will be another Reg. S hitting us around June 8 and we should do what we can to stop this additional dilution to our stock. We have called for a proxy vote and been ignored by our CEO Mr. Jack Arnold. My suggestion would be to again Email the SEC and this time request that trading to be halted. This is not as extreme as it sounds and may be a necessary action to take. No matter what, we need to keep the pressure up on the SEC to take action on issues we have rasied. I am not telling people what to do, just suggesting. I am dead serious about protecting my investment.

There may be other actions taken next week that will involve current Shareholders as well as Shareholders of record as far back as November 1997. I will be Emailing the list of Shareholders I have of "none thread" information and matters this weekend.

Additionally, it has been brought to my attention that Shareholders are not going to be allowed to have access to the CVIA corporate records for review (as allowed under Oklahoma state law). Furthermore, shareholders are being declined information as to who sits on the Board of Directors of CVIA. CVIA shareholders are also being denied explanations and reasoning for an additional Reg. S and who made this decision and is taking responsibility for the decision to implement this next Reg. S.

In my opinion, the SEC must be contacted again, remember to Print & retain hard copies of your Emails to the SEC and any Email you may have sent calling for a proxy vote (as other entities may soon be involved).

Again, we want to cover current and past Shareholders as far back as November 1997.

There will possibly be significant developments regarding this stock near term, I will keep people informed as I become aware of further developments. There may soon be more attention focused on the issues surrounding this stock and the thread, so keep level heads, post supported & referenced research and keep the emotional post in check (I.E. cussing).

Bottom line is, the Shareholders of this stock are not going to allow their equity to be unjustly and deeply diluted and our stock value further damaged. The first responsibility of the CEO and the Board of Directors is to protect our interest, whether we are a big board stock or "just" a penny stock.

A line has been drawn, and they have crossed it!

Robert
