That is a really humorous (and sad) statement about a thread being like a "bad part of the city"... I guess some people get on the threads after a long day at work just looking for ways to vent their venom. These unhappy people of low self-esteem are probably so bound up from being "pleasant" on their jobs that they blow like a Vesuvius their long pent up aspersions on SI. These people are probably not in satisfying personal relationships, I would guess. Reminds me of the book by the title of "Dated Jekyll, Married Hyde". Mel My toga is looking maaaaaarrrrrrrvvvvelous!!!
