GLOW market cap. 17.76 million, 48m/shares times 37 cents. GLOW is having an Audit done to become a fully reporting company. Why? There can only be one reason, NASDAQ listing. Why? All OTC companies, as soon
as they meet NASDAQ requirements, have an Audit done to file for
NASDAQ listing. What are the requirements for NASDAQ listing?
One requirement is that the companies stock trades above $5.00.
