Reminder, the time frame may be much shorter than the CC suggested to contracts. The OEM's would have been testing concurrently with VLNC to this point. Therefore, any OEM who has been working with VLNC to this point will be adapting these cells to their product sooner than later. The information provided in the CC was all very conservative and limited so as not to provide any cannon fodder to the lawyers out there. I'm certain there is much more positive information that could have been revealed but the recent litigation prevents only the most basic and absolute rock solid data being presented. The big problem is the price action of the stock. What is the market up to? Theory says market is rational and the price reflects the present value of the future earning of the stock. But the price has not changed even though they now have a superior battery, Delphi is happy, and they are weeks away from rolling product off the NI production line. Also 2 OEM's likely have signed letters of intent and dozens are looking to do the same. This really looks like money in the bank unless something is missing and I'm not seeing it. You would think a company that failed to materialize once before may now have a completely new great opportunity which should take the stock price higher. But maybe the once bitten shareholder is twice shy and prefers to leave the stock alone. However, in an development company a lot of success can be determined by luck. So one should not put too much emphasis on what has happened in the past as it may cloud judgement. A stock has no morality. So has investor emotion created a huge buying opportunity here???
